AIT houses state-of-the-art computer systems from DELL, HP, IBM, WIPRO and SUN in its Nine Laboratories along with other labs viz, CISCO Lab, Research Lab, Technical Innovation Lab, HP Lab. The new systems procured are with Core 2 Duo Processor and the TFT Screen. Academic Alliance with Microsoft provides us with operating systems, servers and a large number of application software. The labs offer convenient access to a wide-ranging computer resource for the students, staff and faculty.

Total number of computers in the campus are 552.

Networking and Internet
The entire campus of the institute is connected through a Local Area Network (LAN) with a backbone on OFC supporting a network of 1250+ nodes. The computer laboratories, faculty computers and administrative offices are all networked. The institute has high-speed reliable Internet connectivity, round the clock, through a 6 Mbps Internet Leased Line on Optical Fibre from TATA Communication. The Campus Hostels are connected to the main server through Optical Fibre link. Wi Fi connectivity is also provided throughout the campus including the hostels.
