Hostel Accommodation
AIT has International-standard hostels on the campus with a capacity of 333 students and with separate wings for boys and girls. Each room is well furnished, most of them with attached bathrooms. A network node is provided to every resident. The accommodation in the hostels consists of single, double and triple-seater rooms. The hostels are equipped with essential amenities and provide a conducive environment for a comfortable and meaningful stay. Some rooms with the air-conditioning provision are also available. Additional hostel accommodation (single, double and triple seater) is available outside the campus at very convenient locations. Since the hostel accommodation is limited, it is strongly recommended that students coming from Delhi, Gurgaon and Faridabad utilize the Institute bus services to commute to the Institute. Seat allotment in the hostel for others is subject to availability at the time of the request.

Transport
Fleet of buses covering major parts of Delhi, Gurgaon and Faridabad are available for local students to commute to the institute.

Cafeteria
The institute houses a big modern cafeteria and 2 swanky coffee shops, which also provides snacks.

Video Conferencing Facility
AIT has in place a video-conferencing facility, through which lectures by people from overseas can be accessed by Ansal Institute students.

Power Backup
The entire network of computers and other critical equipment is supported by fifteen UPS Systems with total capacity of 194.5 KVA. The Institute has two (500 + 500 KVA) DG sets for a 24-hour continuous power backup to serve the Institute needs, and one 60 KVA DG set for an Off-Campus Hostel. Air-conditioning has been provided in the labs, library and certain academic blocks.

Education Loans
Oriental Bank of Commerce, Punjab National Bank, Axis Bank and many other banks provide the loan facility to students for their education.

Sports and Recreational Facilities
To take due care of the recreational needs of the students, AIT has created excellent facilities on the campus. There are world-class facilities for Volleyball, Basketball, Lawn Tennis, Table Tennis, Soccer, Cricket, Chess, Carom, etc. Separate common rooms for Boys and Girls have been set ;up to take care of all the indoor activities.A new Sports Centre with state-of-the-art floodlight facilities for Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball and Cricket net practice has been developed on campus and is fully operational. There is a well-laid amphitheatre for cultural activities and other events. The Institute houses a big modern air-conditioned cafeteria and 2 swanky coffee shops, which also provide snacks. We are planning to set up academies to promote professional approach in the field of Tennis, Cricket & Soccer with the help of professionals in these fields.

Gym
Well-equipped, modern GYM is operational separately for boys and girls where students can get rejuvenated and keep themselves healthy and fit.

AIT houses modern lecture theatres/rooms with the latest teaching aids, which include:

Lockers on Campus
Every student is provided with a locker on campus free of cost where in he/she can keep his/her books and other belongings.

Medical Service
A qualified doctor visits the Institute on regular basis to meet the medical needs of the students, staff and faculty.

New Block
Keeping the expansion plans of AIT in mind, a six storeyed new academic block (E-Block) is proposed to be constructed with a 2.5 lakh sq. feet built-up area to meet the growing requirement. Currently, there are five academic blocks in operation, including the Architecture Block

Smart Card Entry
To regulate authorized entry into the campus, Access Control Machines have been fitted on the main gate of the campus. All the students, staff, and members of the faculty are given Smart ID cards. Every student is required to display the ID card every time they enter or leave the premises.

Vehicle Parking Policy
The institute provides hostel facilities for boys and girls on campus and off campus. For day scholars, the Institute provides a fleet of buses covering the major parts of Delhi, Gurgaon and Faridabad. Due to the constraint of space, the students (day scholars and hostelers) are not allowed to park their vehicles inside the campus.
